Most of our family vacations have centered around the ocean.  We love the water.  The water for me holds a beauty I try to capture in my paintings. Both my oils and Watercolors center around travels we have taken in the Caribbean. My oils depict specific places in the islands and I try to capture the beautiful colors of the ocean and the varied landscapes. The poured abstract watercolors are from images in my mind of the sea. The pigment is poured again and again until I get the rich colors that are so difficult to obtain in watercolor. The fish paintings show the beauty of under the water. Hope you enjoy.
